Train Like Jennifer Aniston With Budokon

hi my name is Cameron Shane I am the
founder and creator of Budokan and the
Budokan University I am here with
watchmojo.com we’re here to look at some
of my favorite techniques that I teach
some of my favorite celebrity clients
and we’re going to share them with you
right now
that technique was called full dancing
dog that is one of Rene Russo’s favorite
I worked on that when we heard for a
number of years perfecting that
technique that technique is just a
fantastic movement for integrating the
side body because as you can see as
you’re moving along contralaterally
through that movement one leg extending
the opposite arm extending basing you’re
looking for great great integration
between the upper and lower torso and
across the body the full dancing dog is
perfect
that technique is a combination from our
lion series down facing lion belly up
Lily down line kicking line to finally
dancing lion a technique that I used
with Kerri Walsh world-class women’s
volleyball player she wanted something
that was challenging for her
cardiovascular system as well as
something that would strengthen her
upper torso which as you can see because
I’m on my hands the whole time using the
hands and using the feet you’re going to
get a lot of effort from the body being
based on four limbs rather than just two
this technique is called floating thrall
I did three variations of it the first
one was the most difficult I inverted
and slowly came down the second I
floated with just a little bit of
resistance to the ground and the third
one was somewhere in between the easiest
and the most difficult this is one of
Courtney Cox’s favorite techniques of
course the shoulders and arms are doing
all of the work to resist the gravity
the core is doing all of the work in
terms of rolling down the spine back to
your feet and in position so this is a
fantastic technique for really
integrating spinal strength pelvic
girdle and core strength with the upper
torso shoulder girdle string
that’s called rolling to handstand or
rolling to split leg handstand I did a
variation of both I did the split leg in
the beginning in the full handstand the
second time that’s one of Jennifer
Aniston’s favorite techniques is the
handstand your faith and your fears
really come into play when you’re
inverted so a technique like that is far
more than just a physical you know
physical experience though it is an
incredibly powerful physical technique
because you’re learning how to stack
your architecture you’re learning how to
find balance on your hands using your
hands as feet again if you’re looking
for a technique that’s going to both
challenge you emotionally and physically
rolling to handstand will do that for
you so the Budokan techniques we learned
today challenge you on both the
intellectual the physical and the
emotional level if you’re interested in
