as long as traditional chinese medicine

chinese medicine what kind of theory do
we need to grasp before beginning chi
gong actually nothing you just need to
want to take care of yourself because
it’s a self-help preventive method which
all the Chinese medicine is why is it
important to keep the energy circulating
in the body chi gong like acupuncture
the whole body has multiple energy
circuits or lines called meridians that
run through them basically what chi gong
is doing is getting the energy moving
through the whole body on the surface
and inside the body from the feet to
your head to your tips of your fingers
right the way through your whole body it
looks slow but it’s quite deceptive
because we’re working the whole body
because we’re working on all the
different levels of the body the bones
the muscles the tissues people are quite
surprised when they do chi gong how
tough it is why is it important to keep
energy moving how is it related to good
health well the bottom line is if you
don’t keep energy moving you die and in
fact that’s how we get sick because the
energy is blocked so let’s say if we
take a Meridian and there’s at one point
you got an injury say in the knee
according to Chinese medicine that
energy is blocked what we’re trying to
do is get the energy flowing again you
start feeling better and your knee
starts feeling better and you start
living again what are the short mid and
long-term benefits of Qigong so
short-term benefits would be regularly
moving your body which affects the
internal organs also learning how to
breathe again and relaxation the long
benefits is that you’ll start sleeping

gong it will affect your whole lifestyle
