Recipes for Healthy Breakfast Smoothies


we’ve all heard it before breakfast is

we’ve also all made excuses as to why we

morning here are four smoothie recipes
to get a great start to your day for all
these smoothie recipes feel free to
substitute ingredients and make it to
your taste but for the blueberry one
here’s what you’ll need one pint of
fresh blueberries or two cups of frozen
blueberries one cup of orange juice 18
ounce container of low-fat vanilla
yogurt and two teaspoons of sugar now
throw all these ingredients in your
blender and blend until smooth one

here is using pineapple juice instead of
orange juice
our second smoothie is for those of us
would like a little protein in the
morning for this you’ll need 1 cup of
skim milk 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla
flavored protein powder one heaping
tablespoon of cocoa powder 1 sliced
banana 1 tablespoon of natural peanut
butter and four or five ice cubes now
throw all the ingredients in your
blender and you’ve got a protein packs

lovers so for this recipe you’ll need
two frozen bananas one and a half cups
of low-fat milk 18 ounce container of
low-fat coffee yogurt a quarter teaspoon
of ground cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg
combine all your ingredients and don’t
forget to peel your bananas before
putting them in the blender
for our fourth smoothie here’s what
you’ll need 1 cup of frozen strawberries
a quarter cup of tofu half a cup of milk
half a cup of soy milk and 1 teaspoon of
Splenda now throw them all in the
blender and blend until smooth the
frozen strawberries will keep it cold
these delicious smoothies are a great
way to get all the nutrients you need in
the morning enjoy
