after decades alone in the music
industry these two forces come together
to form beast hi I’m Rebecca Braden and
welcome to watchmojo.com and today we’re
speaking with the members of this duo
about their self-titled debut album how
did you guys first to get together was
working on a solo project that has
become single on one song and finally
she was so good and we decided to make a
record all together when are you guys
trying to get across in your music we
really took like really dark images in a
really detail of every day’s life we’re
trying to really push that in the
general speaking so we talked about
really deepen and dark and sad things
you know what about the beats what kind
of feeling were you trying to get across
just with the music lover of really
heavy bands and really classy music as
well so I try to mix both of them and I
think that is pretty good at expressing
this aggressivity and feminity at the
same time so it was a good match
you know you’ve worked with lauren hill
and you know how did all that your
separate experiences how did that
influence the music of beasts we try to
really be fresh and you know we are
professional musician so we used to work
for a lot of people we did this record
like not the way we work with other
peoples because it’s more personal you
got to be really true with yourself when
you do that
