one is visualization visualization is
actually very powerful closing your eyes
and picturing an image that is very
positive calming also and relaxing so it
could be place you’ve been to or even a
picture just see the colors see
especially feel the warmth of it and do
it for like one to two minutes when you
open your eyes you can feel recharged oh
