the next stretch is called the chair
twist so we need to make sure you have a
chair that doesn’t have the arms on the
side sit sideways to the chair your back
against back of the chair place one hand
on top tier two one on your thigh
lengthen your spine and as you inhale
make sure your spine is elongated and as
you exhale do the movement of rotating
and looking backwards
keep for 30 seconds inhale again
elongate your spine and as you exhale
come back to starting position then you
do the same on the other side
