make a mojito first thing we need to do
is we need to take a little sugar cane
syrup so we’re just gonna add say about
a teaspoon and a quarter can I have that
tool that I gave you really wrong I

home and use it in my kitchen but there
you go so now we have our little our
muldrow or mini baseball bat our tool
whatever you like to call it we’re gonna
add ordered limes you’re gonna end

because if you give it the necessary
mixing now it’ll really mix those
flavors together and give them much more
intense flavored cocktail pants so now
we’ve got that mixed are going to add a
small scoop of crushed ice so I’m going
to add about 2 ounces a nice generous
portion of room right there I have that
other tool I gave you that spoon
okay what I’m s’alright so the crushed
ice the reason why it’s so important is
because now that we’ve started up this
is the importance of the crushed ice
because it kind of suspends the chunks
of lime and mint within the ice and as
we add more crushed ice which are what
we’re gonna do now so it’s a series of
adding and stirring exact okay it’s the
art of mixing to not kill your guests
you might want to add a little bit of
7up or soda at this point I personally
like to use soda because i find the
sugarcane is sweet enough as it is and
where can you find the sugar cane syrup
where can you buy that well you can
actually make it at home you just put
equal parts of sugar and water in a
little pot and you let it boil until it
has a very for us syrupy consistency i
can add a nice sprig of mint what we’ve
done is we’ve taken off all the leaves
on the bottom suddenly you’re working
interest right there and then finally
you don’t want to tip this to drink it
you want to use a straw and I’m gonna
have a delicate little sip because I
don’t need another drink mm-hmm perfect
