connoisseur whenever I’m hosting a party
but the truth is I’m really not and Here
I am today with watchmojo.com joining
Kimberly and we’re going to show you the
three top festive holiday cocktails with
this Kimberly the cocktail connoisseur
I’m gonna start with the Shanghai and of
course I want to tell the people
watching here how do they make it so we
start off with this really sexy Hennessy
glass that we have here you could use
any anything to be lemon lime orange
really just wanna rim through my glass
help the sugars I like your guy I’m
gonna counter when I get you to a
synthetic sugar for me ribbit okay I
legrand like glass for you so now we’re
gonna do is we’re gonna add a little cup
of ice before you go we’re gonna put in
about we would say about an ounce and a
half traditionally of the Hennessy but
we’re gonna put a little bit more of a
generous portion in there and in the
comfort of your own home you like to
slide another half an ounce in there you
go in and out quick and my favorite part
in this particular drink is a ginger ale
it adds a little bit of a bite but
sweetness at the same time so we’re
gonna add about I know three quarters of
a cup to a cup of ginger ale and now for
the fun part we’re going to add I just
rolled up a piece of orange rind on a
stick to enhance the flavors you could
just heat it up a little bit with the
lighter or something and what its gonna
do is it’s going to bring out the oils
of the orange rind and make it even more
of an intense flavor but i like it just
like that and that’s for people over 14
years old there you go well 14 my
goodness we’re just gonna add to use
time drinking cocktails at a young age
I’m not tellin ya and just mix it up
give it a little bit of its add flavor
so now that the Shanghai is finished i
want to taste this puppy and see what
kind of damage is gonna do
hmm it’s nice and smooth yeah smooth
soulful sexy and hennessy generally i
know people drink it on the rocks and
it’s a bit too potent you know this
isn’t least your smooth sailing and on
that note we are gonna sail on over to
cocktail number two in our holiday
