Hello so I’ve spoken about signs you
found the one
but what I’ve realize is even more
important is how to love someone oh oh
oh I found the one that is the time we
stop celebrating
we’re playing the music loud the DJ is
eating popcorn with jamming we’re
grooving we’re having a good time and
one of the signs you found the one is
that they are like a best friend you can
tell them anything you can go anywhere
you can be naked and they’ll still smile
at you you could be on the toilet seat
they pass you by and say you look
fabulous or close the door please do you
know how amazing it feels someone to
tell you they love you even when you’re
on the toilet seat that’s probably a
sign they are the right one for you you
see a lot of us we spend so much time
and energy trying to be in a
relationship that we forget about
maintaining a relationship coat evading
the love connection so I’m gonna share
with you what I’ve learned and what’s
helped me along my journey I say that
it’s just like a passion sometimes
people say I’ve found my passion I’ve
found my calling okay that’s all well
and good but now you’ve got to stop
working on it
every single day just like a
relationship it only works if you do and
I’ve seen your relationship is
the direct reflection of the
relationship you have with yourself if
you are a very miserable person chances
are your relationship is full of misery
if you are very joyous person chances
are your relationship your having the
time of your life because I say you have
to fill your cup and when it overflows

you see many relationships just like
Osho said I like two beggars holding out
their hands waiting to receive someone
so I always say the greatest
relationship we can have is with
ourselves loving someone starts with
loving yourself a hundred percent
because if you can’t it’s gonna be
almost impossible to love that other
person now here’s where it gets juicy
what I’ve discovered is that once you
acknowledge that everyone gives and
receives love in a very different way
you start to celebrate because once you
are aware of what your partner accepts
of how they give and receive their love
now you create a greater intimacy look
some people are okay with a box of
chocolates that will put a smile on
their face some people want flowers
some people want you to take them around
the world in 80 days gosh that’s a big
request
some people want your time
some people want your affection so
through communication you have to know
and become aware of how your partner
gives and receives love what is
important to them I don’t care about the
flowers I wanted you to meet me that day
what happened uh I got lost okay
so communication is essential in knowing
how your partner gives and receives
their love everybody has a different way
of expressing love and you have to get
get to know it it’s fun that way also
how to love someone is to be considerate
be kind that’s what I’ve discovered
that’s what’s helped me be generous
because love is all about abundance and
love being the highest frequency being
in a relationship does not necessarily
mean you are in love because being
considerate is about being compassionate
many times we are arguing in
relationships but I always say instead
of complaining where you are in a
relationship use that energy to move in
the direction you both choose to be and
now the relationship becomes more
prosperous this is what I call the water
relationship because there’s a coca-cola
relationship which is the toxic
relationship and there is the water
relationship and also love
unconditionally that’s a hard one to do
I came across a very interesting article

predators and eventually it becomes so
exhausted because it has to stay in the
same position that it just dies that is

I’ve seen it does wonders you see many
times when we say my boyfriend my
girlfriend my husband my wife it’s
always mine so through our language love
becomes a kind of possession in essence
love becomes a kind of ownership we feel
that person belongs to us so we don’t
really love that person we love the
image we have of them in our mind we
love what we expect them to be if they
don’t meet the terms and conditions I’m
sorry I don’t love you but what is the
love a mother has for their child
it is unconditional love so now you set
your love free that is how to love
someone that’s what I’ve seen and once
again I’m just sharing a perspective
that’s helped me along my journey
you see setting your love free is moving
out of cage love which is based on fear
whenever you want to protect your love
to the point it can’t breathe oh let me
breathe please it’s emanating from a
deep fear that you are gonna lose
something once you have the abundance
within yourself you set your love free
and if it returns to you then it was
your love in the first place because
love is based on resonance it’s not
based on control so sometimes in a
relationship we say you can’t talk to
that person don’t look at that person
but you see setting your love free is
where you allow that person the freedom
of expression I talk of the seven layers
of Attraction appearance whoa you look
so good today but that can only take you
so far
personality person persona so you need
to get beyond the mask then we talk
about expression can you express
yourself a hundred percent around them
transparency can you trust them value
are you taking your partner for granted
because the moment you start to value
that person you begin to love them even
more deeply and then we have to realize
it’s all about intimacy how close can
you get to them without them saying get
away from me you see love in its highest
form is intimacy and then it’s evolution
it’s all about how both of you can help
each other become your greatest versions
you see many times in a relationship we
don’t love that person in fact we want
to change that person to fit our ideal
but I’ve seen the greatest way to love a
person is not to change
but to accept them unconditionally for
who they are and they will be inspired
by your energy and now both of your
energies merge together in essence that
is the love connection
and touch my heart please you see many
of us we are talking to people’s minds
we are attracted to people’s surface but
to really love someone else I’ve seen
it’s like an onion you’re unwrapping an
onion and you have to get to the core
yes water is gonna come out of your eyes
because love is emotional but that’s
what makes it even more fun and now you
start smiling you start glowing because
you’ve gone to the core you’ve gone
where no man or woman has gone before
you see and it takes a lot of trust to
do that you have to let go so once you
get to the core you start to see them in
a whole nother way you start to realize
what you thought about them isn’t
necessarily true and also to love
someone we have to always what I’ve seen
realize that let people open up to us
not to compare people with our exes oh
you’re not doing what they did no you
have to see everyone as a unique
individual you have to listen to them
you got to learn from them and you’ve
got to be thankful that they are gracing
you with their presence
you have to always I’ve seen appreciate
whoever you are with because the moment
you start taking your partner for
granted then it goes pear-shaped but I
like that word
because in essence we are complements of
one another and that is the love
