the form of food when I was eating a lot
of processed foods I was distracting
myself from my highest potential once I
switch to a plant-based diet eat eating
avocados peaches pears grapes all of a
sudden this helped me to focus it helped
me to become in alignment to move into
alignment so focus with the plant-based
diet today if you can remove
distractions and temptations in a
practical way deep divers test yourself
with how well you perform with
distractions and temptations and how
well you perform without them I
guarantee you you are gonna get so much
more done when you are focused when you

doing some work give yourself a hug if I

journey in psychology there’s something

then I will perform response Y still
don’t get it okay let’s just say you are
embracing the plant-based diet someone
has invited you to their house now you
are like I have to be really this
blend because I want to maintain this
plant-based this plant-based diet eat
clean green juices and all of that ice
ie balls all of that right so you’re
like you are giving yourself a back-up
plan so if they offer me junk food then
I will say actually I can’t do this
because I’m doing the seven day vegan
challenge I’m on this plant-based diet I
want to be really healthy
okay so implementation intention is so
powerful in being self-discipline like a
lot of the times when I’m recording
outside here in nature I got children
walking past
dogs barking like a lot is happening
around here and I have my implementation
intention if that happens then I will
just whoa breathe in that good ass
piranha baby and because of that I’m
able to maintain focus and self
discipline so there you have it deep
