deep divers do you sometimes feel that
you’re not good enough like whatever you
do is just not good enough well this is
a story about two people who were raised
very differently
growing up the first person would get
really terrible grades in school and
their parents would say just do the best
you can that’s all you can do and they
wouldn’t get mad at all the second
person would get really good grades in
school but their parents would be like
you can do a whole lot better than that
you can get may try harder look at you
you’re not paying enough attention in
class you should be getting an A like
your sister they were always
highlighting their hopes and their flaws
and what wasn’t working with them now as
time passed the first person the first
child started to excel beyond
expectation
their parents were like what happened I
can’t believe it they’re getting amazing
grades all of a sudden because they
started to believe in themselves

the second person who was really
intelligent gave up they quit because
they thought whatever they did wasn’t
good enough now the moral of this story
deep divers is to realize this
highlighting someone’s folks
highlighting someone’s flaws never ever
improve them so realize if you really
want to encourage someone today start
looking at what they’re doing right
instead of highlighting what they’re
doing wrong because trust me people do a
whole lot better when you start
encouraging them and start saying hey
you’re doing a great job and then you’ll
just say so get to be a life baby can I
