How to Make: Covert Spy Can Camera

hey everyone today I’ll be showing you
how to make a covert can camera for this
project you’ll need a soda-can of your
choosing a mini digital video recorder
DVR you can just google search HD DVR
and car remote and this will come up
they’re pretty cheap you can find them
on Amazon eBay tons of sites have them
you also need velcro with adhesive back
and a hole punch so first you’ll start
by prepping your can just pop a hole in
the bottom drain out your your soda and
then use your dremel tool or whatever
you have available to cut out the bottom
and then I use some sandpaper just to
smooth things out and then you want to
drill your hole and this is right here
the camera so I don’t know if you
noticed originally I didn’t change it
that’s how it was originally so I don’t
know if you could notice that right away
but all I did was drill out this little
restricted symbol and I think that’s why
the least noticeable place on the entire
can so I wouldn’t notice it and then you
take your velcro and your hole punch
hole punch in the center and then you
can cut it down to size but you want to
be sure to place it perfectly over your
drilled hole on the inside and that way
you can connect your DVR so basically
you want to do the same thing the velcro
punch a hole and then place that over
top and then I cut mine down a little
bit
just to make it look a little better and
then you turn it on so that means it’s
on and at the top here there’s a little
other little button and you want to hold
that for three seconds this light’s
going to flash three times and then
you’re in recording mode so now it’s
recording and I’m going to place it
inside
and you want to try and line up as best
as you can and there we go
okay so you can see the camera right
there well kinda and there it is sitting
in there
velcro does a pretty nice job it’s not
like as sturdy as you know you would be
like holding it like a regular can or
you can place this down and then someone
walks by you can record them you can put
it in your fridge if someone at work is
stealing your lunch and you can figure
out who it is and then there’s tons of
different uses so I’m going to show you
guys a little bit of footage or here in
a sec of what it looks like to record
from the can-can
