hey everyone what’s going on last
weekend was a blast I was with the
inventor of box C’s name’s jewel and the
current president and manager of hack
Pittsburgh his name was Chad they’re
both really awesome guys and they were a
lot of fun to hang out with so we were
there for what’s called National Maker
Faire most large cities in each state
having a Maker Faire so you can probably
do a quick Google search and figure out
if there’s one near you this is my first
Maker Faire and there was all sorts of
stuff from 3d printing CNC milling
there’s this company it’s coming out
it’s called ability 3d they are trying
to bring 3d printable metal machines
like Vegas metal 3d printers to the
market so that would be really awesome
to work with them I think they’re having
a Kickstarter soon I just wanted to give
a quick update of what’s going on with
the shield kind of getting bored of the
idea because I know that I there’s a lot
of stuff that I have to learn when it
comes to like laser cutting the
materials for it to be actually like
useful or kind of expensive that’s why
I’ve been trying to have you guys helped
me so the tad app which you guys were
awesome this last week they actually pay
out every week and this week was $45
from 62 people using the app so that’s
like a dollar fifty per person so thank
you so much if you use the tad app I
want to get to the other part of the
video and I wanted to show you this
first so this is a really high torque
motor and I had
sort of take a picture of this and then
trace it out on fusion 360 and I made
this little cap that goes over and then
what the idea is you see how that fits
on there nice it’s kind of annoying
because I had to figure out what is this
depth and you have to use calipers and a
lot of trial and error but I think that
will work and then I’m gonna have a
switch that whenever I connect it this
way it will turn left and just rotate it
you know what’s room right that’s
opening and closing of the deployable
shield and it’s gonna probably be able
to just be pressed by a button I don’t
know if it’s gonna be as quick but it’s
gonna be what you guys were asking for
when there’s a electric switch so that’s
the progress on that I’ve also been
printing this part of a really awesome
cannon that you guys are gonna love
because I’m gonna be able to have
something new like almost every week so
keep your eyes peeled for that probably
have it up with the next couple weeks or
so before that July is coming up and I
have so many fireworks I have these
vector 9 Rockets
so I want to start using those in a
project I’m thinking like a double
barrel rocket shotgun or something
so I have a couple ideas for that and I
might need to do some welding anyway I
want to show you guys these clips and
don’t forget if you would like to help
me out with the funding definitely check
out tad it’s a really nice way to fund
some of these projects
and I’m gonna try to figure out a way
keep you guys in the loop of how that’s
going so this is the best way if you
guys don’t know what tat is can watch
the video from last week things that I
saw this weekend one of them is called
Matrix OS which is gonna be like Jarvis
it’s gonna allow me to connect all my
gadgets together and the other one is a
3d printer filament that is conductive
you can make is this Android based or
Linux based oh wow cool is it gonna be
like a Thingiverse but for programs
maybe or so Thingiverse is like you have
a really cool 3d printable file you
upload to this site it’s kind of a
library but this is perhaps its facial
recognition can they communicate really
cool but you know that you silent
software’s English grats awesome
I’m really excited and it’s called
matrix creator yeah well I’m trying to
connect the fantasy sci-fi world to the
physical world so that would be awesome
if we could work together
place the component
smoosh it down in there so we’ll turn on
once it like yeah what the conductor are
you using is it like a fine powder that
makes it look like an upper base
