one asking what’s the meaning of I gotta
go well first thing is gotta that’s a
contraction of God – which is another
way to say have to like an obligation or
a necessity
like in our example the guy says sorry I
I gotta go
he could say sorry I have to go I must
go it’s just an obligation that’s it so
the other question is is this more
American to say yeah it is like this it
is more American British people would
say British people say it like this
sorry I’ve got to go present perfect
without the I’ve just I gotta go yeah
that’s more American
