I’m so excited because this monster he’s
got one of the oldest herb gardens in
Italy it’s over 1500 years old I just
can’t wait to see what the monks are
cooking fish finger that’s here ancient
recipes more like school dinners that

has got no flavor and worse still the
monks don’t even seem to care so first
things first I’m gonna take the two
youngest months to do the cooking out of
this place we can do lentils with nice
fresh tomato sauce and lovely roasted
sausages give it a little bit of a

tomato in that and then bay leaf been

I’ve blackened off some peppers and I’ve
got chilies as well remove the seeds and
I’m gonna do the South Rosa picante like
a spicy fresh tomato sauce
I’ve got onions I’m going to put some
stick of cinnamon and yes give it a bit
of spice garlic goes in and we have
tinned tomatoes and fresh tomatoes
chopped these peppers and chilies up
this is a really simple wholesome dish
just a sort of thing these boys should
be cooking back at the monastery

give away some lovely food and then ask
for a donation to put towards replant in
their herb garden eat for free
