How To – stuff pork chops, from ‘Jamie Does…’

I’m going to show you how to stuff
Marisha pork chops this is my chalk as
you can see it’s nice and thick one side
it’s got the the skin which is going to
be lovely and crispy the other side it’s
got the bone and this one here the meat
is exposed this is where we’re going to
can’t make our pocket so when I take the
top put it on my bench I’ve got a small
sharp knife and this is where I’m going
to cut so make sure you cut horizontally
because you don’t want the tip of the
knife coming out the surface of the meat
see that cut round give it a nice little
pocket and then maybe go slightly deeper
that’s it the area of the cut is about
the size of this spoon and when you used
to stuff it
I’ve got a nice spoonful of this mix
just hold it side of the pork up pop the
spoon in
squish the feeling down if there’s any
left that comes out don’t worry about
that I can go back in the pot and we can
use it for the next chop and that’s how
to stuff nourish pork chops
you
