I’m gonna show you a nice easy way to
stone an avocado take your avocado put
it flat on the board take your knife and
watching where the tick goes be very
careful and cut all the way around they
have a car go down to the stone in the
middle okay there we go
hey they never cut out like that and
twist it and it should come upon and one
half will have this stone in it that you
know fell and you want to hit the
avocado stone just hardly enough for the
knife to go in and then twist that comes
a stone there’s your other candle
