surfaced in which Daniels described sex

reasons he even claims that he paid the
money from his own account and that
Trump knew nothing about it
but Daniels called his bluff and said
that because Trump did not sign the
agreement himself she has the right to
talk about the affair

acknowledged publicly that he
facilitated a payment of $130,000 from
his own personal funds in accordance
with this agreement number three the
scandal could impact the Russian
investigation Trump is also in the
middle of a Russia investigation being
led by Robert Muller although paying off
a porn star won’t send Trump or Cohen to
jail
it could get Cohen mixed up in Muller’s
ongoing investigation due to the broad
scope given to the special counsel
Muller could seek more information about
Cohen’s role regarding finances
according to CNN legal analysts there is
quote a reasonable basis to investigate
whether the payment by Michael Cohen to
stormy Daniels violated federal election
laws this opens the door for subpoenas
for bank statements legal docs and more
which would put Cohen and Trump in a
very precarious situation number two
