time number 10 with the people little
nightmares 6 is having a hell of a day
trapped inside a mysterious vessel she
finds herself being pursued by some
rather disturbing crew members of the
ship this includes a creepy long armed
janitor a pair of chefs who want to cook
her and our number 10 pic unlike the
other disfigured treacherous enemies in
the game these are just clusters of
obese people who chase you down and if
they catch you they eat you no cookin
required and it’s not like they don’t
have plenty of food it’s not mid dinner
just a scurry after you to stuffed with
food to get up and actually walk

the most ambitious smartphone RPGs of

imagine walking through Macy’s and
seeing this unlike the normal boring
mannequins we see on our shopping
excursions the mannequins of Silent Hill
are just legs no arms no head just legs
attached to each other by a torso as if
these creatures were bad enough we then
get to walk into one of the most
uncomfortably iconic scenes in gaming
history pyramid heads seemingly raping
not one but two of these mannequins
while you watch from a closet did we
mention the theory of pyramid head
representing the main characters
repressed feelings towards his wife
during her illness no oh well that’s
something to think about and it’s
someone who punished me for my sins a
breaked harpy vagrant story harpies are
already on but sometimes useful
creatures I mean we didn’t need to make
them any weirder but hey thanks Baker
and story in case you’re not familiar
harpy is a half human half bird creature
from Greek and Roman mythology generally
they have a female body with wings
forearms and talons four legs many video
games have different interpretations but
vagrant story decided to go full WTF by
giving it a woman’s head for a body and
a bird’s head on top for the face and
head thing at least the wings and talons
are in the right spot but we’ll stick to
the original map thanks number 7 army
ant American McGee’s Alice there is
nothing normal about Alice in Wonderland
this includes its numerous reimagining
including this dark reinterpretation
with a more gothic Letty trip through
Wonderland let’s be honest everything
about American McGee’s take is
disturbing and weird but you have to
give it to the army ants it’s not so
much the fact that it’s a giant ant
trying to kill you but more importantly
it’s also because it’s dressed in
eighteenth-century military-style
clothing

we suppose if you’re gonna get killed by
a musket wielding ant it might as well
be pretty dapper number six rage demon
Shadow Hearts phallic monsters are kind
of a thing in video games some subtle
ish and some not so subtle
we’ve decided to focus specifically on
these apparently rage-filled demons
because I mean just look at them they’re
oddly shaped bodies already look like
melted dildo but then there’s the
literal penis protruding from there in
other regions and the sound they make is
just uh alright maybe it’s not a penis
and maybe we’re reading too much into it
but okay now that’s definitely a dick
right number five hell bovine diablo ii
don’t have a cow man
or in this case have all the cows we can
pretty much guarantee that this was not
the secret level gamers were expecting
well maybe in a game like Harvest Moon
but definitely not Diablo – after
meeting the necessary requirements a red
portal will appear and you’ll be
transported to an area full and I mean
full of Hell bovines the oddest thing
about them is how normal they kind of
look sure they’re standing on two legs
and brandishing dangerous weapons but
they also just look like cows
slow-moving hard-hitting cows who say
found in an ice rink of all places
slappers our while their hockey players
that’s basically it the jerseys the
hockey masks their hockey players
technically they’re Demi humans but
really they’re just armed with hockey
sticks and team spirit although they can
cast Lazzara and use their sticks and
melee attacks because of course it’s
exactly what you expect from a hockey
team in an RPG but with all of the
mystical and bizarre creatures to choose
from in the world of Final Fantasy these
guys really stick out number three
amalgamates undertale when your quirky
RPG is inspired by earthbound which
we’ll be talking about soon enough don’t
worry you know it’s gonna be full of
really weird but memorable creatures
case in point the amalgamates a result
of one of alfea’s experiments each
creature is some kind of fusion of
monster type in the underground the
kicker is they can’t be killed if you
try to attack them they’ll either gain
HP or their HP will be full by the next
turn the only way to deal with them is
to be peaceful or get that dreaded game
over true pacifist route indeed number 2
scalding coffee cup earthbound told you
we’d be talking about earthbound and
this enemy is well well it’s exactly
what it sounds like it’s a coffee cup
and not just a hot coffee cup either but
a scalding cup of coffee
that’s lawsuit levels upon all joking
aside these enemies can be extremely
dangerous as they spill scalding hot
espresso as an attack fortunately they
are a one-trick pony or Cup in this case
if you have a high level sized shield
they are practically defenseless and
after defeating them you’re gifted with
well what do you think cup coffee duh

bullet-hell shooters are rife with
oddities but a series made for the sheer
purpose of poking fun at the genre well
I mean where do we begin right there is
not a normal bone in this games body but
what really makes it stand out is how
bright and colourful the quirkiness is

The Walking sakura trees the volcano
with a face that spits out eggplants
it’s completely absurd yet kind of
charming at the same time at least the
music is catchy as you take in all the
