Top 10 Games That Should Get the PUBG Treatment!

winner-winner copycat dinner welcome to
watchmojo.com and today we’ll be
counting down our picks for the top 10
game franchises that should get the
player unknowns battleground treatment
before we begin we publish new videos
every day so be sure to subscribe for
more great content for this list we’re
looking at top game franchises we think
would make awesome 100-person battle
royale games ala play run owns
battlegrounds number 10 Far Cry series
and we will take you willingly this
series is no stranger to throwing
players onto remote hostile environments
and forcing them to fend for themselves
so a battle royale spinoff doesn’t seem
like much of a em Far Cry anyway with
the addition of wildlife and some player
versus environment elements as seen in
previous far cry games this franchise
could give the pub G formulas and
welcome innovation just imagine an enemy
trying to secure a care package next to
a caged tiger only for you to snake the
lock off and let nature do the dirty
work for you number 9 Metal Gear series
and again one of the best feelings in
pub G is getting into one of those four
wheels death machines they call vehicles
and wreaking havoc on the less-fortunate
so if you replaced cars with metal gears
those brave enough to fight their way
into one of the giant mechs would be
rewarded with some serious firepower
while those without one would need to
utilize these signature stealth
mechanics of the Metal Gear series in
order to sneak around without getting
detected and potentially even hijacked
metal gears from other players
how’s that for tactical espionage action
great star wars battlefront series
okay okay okay so we know but just hear
us out okay so the last two battlefront
games didn’t exactly go the way we
wanted but how cool would it be to have
a free-for-all battle with your favorite
Star Wars planets and locations Plus
think of all the cool weapons and
vehicles you can even do a class-based
squad mode war heroes only mode come on
EA you can even throw loot boxes in as
long as they’re purely cosmetic
just give us a cool Star Wars game come
on
number seven Ghost Recon series going my
house through mud and muck
we are survivors as tense and
nerve-racking as the solo pub G mode is
the squad game mode is arguably where
it’s at people love to loot strategize
and survive with friends and that’s
where Ghost Recon comes in with a more
team focused battle royale mode you can
have certain members of your squad
fulfill specific roles for example one
person might have the ability to scout
zones discreetly with their drones while
another member of the squad is the
designated medic with unique Ewing
abilities plus throw in the impressive
map weapons and high-tech gear from the
most recent entry wildlands and you’ve
got one interesting co-op battle royale
experience
we are ghosts we do not exist
number six Red Dead series the jump is
dangerous well you’ll have the honor the
Wild West could be a whole lot Wilder
just imagine how tense the every player
for themselves standoffs of pub G would
be in unique Old West environments
accompanied by the weapons of the era
like revolvers and Winchester rifles
although those are technically already
in pub G but whatever
or how about picturing fantastic frantic
horse battles between your Posse and
another as you fight for the Old West
equivalent of a chicken dinner
theya chicken dinners back then right
yeah work lastly how about lassoing in
enemy come on that would be awesome
right the best part this one seems to be
in the realm of possibility considering
that Red Dead Redemption 2 is fast
approaching and Rockstar has already
implemented a battle royale mode – Grand
Theft Auto online
number five Just Cause series
what could be better than pub G well pub
G with a grappling hook number four oh
do I have to continue okay
well the just cost franchise could
literally take the Battle Royale genre
to new heights with the addition of the
game’s signature tool with maps focused
on more verticality players could use
grappling hooks gliders or air vehicles
in order to take the carnage up into the
skies toss in the arsenal of explosive
weapons the series is known for along
with some destructible environments to
add even more mayhem and you’ve got a
game that we’re dying to get our hands
on number four halo series this one is
for those people who love the idea of
pub G but just don’t have the patience
for all that early game looting our idea
is to take the already existing
free-for-all mode in halo bump the
player count to a hundred give each
player one life and just put them on a
larger map and then plush the chaos
unfold every player could start with a
standard loadout if they’re choosing and
then fight in a fast-paced close
quarters deathmatch in order to grab the
best power weapons and vehicles
available to secure their position as
the last player or players standing
number three Fallout series one thing
you should know about us we help out our
friends the world of Fallout is pretty
much already a post-nuclear battle
royale so why not go the extra mile and
add another 99 players with a focus on
crafting mechanics to improve your loot
players could hunt each other down in a
wasteland full of deadly creatures booby
traps and a constantly closing circle of
radiation instead of vehicles players
could be tasked with finding or building
their own power armor suits to gain a
significant advantage in battle and also
look super badass of course number two
the Elder Scroll series
if there’s one thing this list is
missing it’s probably magic strip away
the guns and machinery of pub G and
replace them with spells shout swords
and other medieval weaponry and you get
a truly unique battle royale experience
rather than simply looting weapons
player could also scour the play area to
find potions alchemy ingredients and
Scrolls to heal themselves or gain stat
boosts is to give them a competitive
edge to top it all off Elder Scrolls
series hosts a vast array of beautiful
and familiar locales that would make the
perfect setting for free-for-all arenas
Skyrim alone has almost too many to
count number one Tom Clancy’s the
division
okay so one thing we’ve been saying
around the office is that pump G is what
the division should have just been while
this game suffered from some bumps and
bruises after its initial monkey launch
there is still something in the core
gameplay that keeps players coming back
for more
we think this franchise could get a
second wind by turning its most
interesting mechanic the PvP area known
as the dark zone into its own
high-stakes battle royale game mode in
this mode players would risk bringing in
their precious loot from the main game
for a chance to win some off of other
players in battle royale def matches I
mean the chance at winning real in-game
loot over an imaginary chicken dinner
has us kind of hoping Ubisoft is
listening we’re sorry about all the mean
things we’ve said
do you agree with our picks check out
