just finished a pretty sweet road trip
on the way to e3 was started in San Fran
now we got here to LA at e3 we’re here
at the GeForce GTX booth provided by
Nvidia and we’ve seen a lot of cool
stuff today but we thought right now
we’d run down a little top ten of the
games we’ve already played in 2017
because Seventeen’s been actually a
pretty good year very good year

number 10 you said you’ve been really
liking Fridays there Keith
I did I like it I’m a big fan of Jason
and chasing people and then slaughtering
them not in real life Jason loved your
work buddies that’s just a fictional
offense he actually has like a very cool
like teleportation move in that game
where you use it and he can like quickly
ghostly like teleport all the way across
to another side of the whole map okay so
you’re not actually doing like you’re
not actually schlub no you’re not not a
lot of select more more of a fast flash
return so one game I kinda wanted to
give a shout-out to that I’ve been
enjoying a lot at home for a little
quick session is dead cells an indie
game maybe not something you need a
Geforce 1080i to play or 1080i it pretty
much is a indie game bingo it’s a
roguelike Souls like pixel art
Metroidvania game but it’s like it’s got
really super punchy combat really fun if
you’re kind of making for like a Dark
Souls experience but like condensed that
one’s really good crunchy combat really
crunchy what Elijah sounds good yeah it
sounds tasty for that reason that’s
really cool
you haven’t tried prey yet have you
I haven’t played prey I played the
original on xbox360 anyway yeah that one
wasn’t yeah yeah it’s very cool but this
one is a little bit different you’re
like on a space station yeah it’s kind
of like I deal with all other stuff yeah
it’s like a very much a spiritual
successor to System Shock 2 like it’s
basically System Shock 2 2017 I’m such a
huge fan of those immersive Sims those
like your Deus Ex your System Shock it’s
a game I’ve been wishing for for a long
time finally came and the alien powers
it like being able to turn yourself into
a bag of chips so you can kind of like
derp your way through a small crack is
the video game powers you never thought
you needed until you got it I thought
about it it sounds fun I want to turn
into bags of chips okay you’re not gonna
like what I have to say next
I actually haven’t had a real chance to
play it but if I I’d be remiss if I did
not mention it because the guys at the
office are losing their minds over near
automata
okay or Nier automata yeah near automata
that game has just got like a really
cool art style apparently like a pretty
good narrative going to and the combat
is apparently awesome so that’s that’s
all my list a lot of praise online about
it yeah that’s a good game I got check
it out it’s definitely uh coming up next
on my to play list dissing each other
quite a thing perhaps my resin evil man
Resident Evil 7 we were talking just
before the camera started rolling and I
was saying that that’s the game that
like it came out and it was like on
everyone’s mind for about two weeks I
mean it’s just I wanted to I want to say
it got a good month out of me maybe two
months but it was good it was really
good if did you like it
I loved it I was one of my on one of my
favorite Resident Evil my only slight
against it is that it like as soon as I
was like alright I’m so into this game I
was done oh yeah you can burn through it
you definitely could but they do have an
expansion coming out yeah I took my time
with it so it was it was like a bit it
was a slow burn for me like I I played
it I got scared I got the gun stop being
scared got scared again
dropped my gun and then I was like ah
monsters everywhere so it was it was
pretty crazy
so one game we were playing on the road
actually a lot was mario karta deluxe oh
yeah our number hop tears I love that
you having that Mario Kart yeah we don’t
need to talk about Marquart Mario when’s
that happening Nintendo eSports Mario
Kart no blue shelves no blue shell blue
shell is a skill only all coins all coin
racing
no that’s that’s a great one though
which is doing really well a game that I
think a lot of people myself included
considered buying a ps4 for rising zero
done yep yep you know what’s funny it
has I think the best like launch weekend
sales of any game on that system really
that’s what I remember hearing oh man
yeah no I I’m not finished with it
because I’ve been streaming it on Twitch
but it’s a really fun game and the story
is like very very immersive yeah that’s
that’s a peachy game – it’s like a big
yeah yeah open world you got to do a
whole bunch of like crafting and a whole
bunch of like you know meeting new
people and getting to know people and
bartering and trading it’s good I like
it and then you fight dinosaur robots I
actually got a pretty sweet selfie with
a dinosaur robot from horizon zero dawn
Oh awesome
yeah though yeah sweet now I have to do
with make it all happen I know another
one that I like and there’s a big huge a
huge love for it in the the PC community
is player unknown battlegrounds man yeah
awesome game not the greatest title kind
of very long title and it’s hard to say
yeah it’s like it’s kind of like player
acronym for it
do they have one public uses people call
it player unknown play around I’ve heard
that yeah yeah and they leave the
battleground out right that game if
you’re on Steam it’s unavoidable like
all of my friends are playing it all the
time I have terrible luck
I’ve never gotten the chicken dinner you
never got you never gotten I forgot the
end of it ever got here like 160 people
you never made it out of the bubble no
man I’ve gotten close I got fourth place
with some friends reported late yeah
okay but it was it was so hard but you
see before your team a friend got to
fourth so you weren’t in fact well kind
of like you know because it’s kind of
like a Hunger Games this type of thing
so yeah
another game that I would be remiss if I
didn’t mention but I really haven’t been
able to dive into because it’s long and
demands commitment is for so high I hear
it’s great I have a friend of mine who’s
playing it and he says it’s one of the
best games he’s ever played if you’re a
fan of digital y pues ya they have
digital license for everybody yeah
like I said I just I wish I had a little
bit more time to commit to it because
it’s just not my friend said it’s like I
have some like isn’t that like just a
Japanese dating simulator and he’s like
no that does not all no but there is a
very prominent dating simulator and I
was like okay ho ha I got to check it
out one day and perhaps the best
videogame food yeah eating that game and
like the food like it makes you want to
go to Japan yeah if you didn’t already
want to go to spend one of those you can
watch go send me to Japan
does it have the best food in gaming
history I think not and that’s because
our number one there’s some pretty good
food in this game but there’s also a lot
of other stuff there’s a lot there’s a
lot if you have been paying attention
there’s probably there’s a gaping hole
on our list right now yeah will be
filled by our number one spot Legend of
Zelda breath of the wild which allows
you to cook your own dinner I haven’t
cooked my own dinner in years
shoutout to mom and all I know is that
I’ve been cooking up a storm in that
game I got elixirs I got potions I got
food I got fricasseed rice I got rice
bowls I got
seared steak that’s what I’ve got all
these things and ironically cooking up a
storm can help you survive a storm if
you cook something spicy yep oh please
oh please you didn’t get electroshock
like whatever the word is that means you
won’t get a luxury electrically shocked
but still like it yeah I forget what
they said in the game if they had chili
chili shroom shroom interesting stuff
these these are not what they sound like
but that’s what they are yeah for Zelda
play the game well I think that
