to face off with some Titans welcome to
watchmojo.com and today we’ll be
counting down our picks for the top 10
attack on titan moments for this list
we’re looking at key sequences in the
anime series that left us in shock and
off
some of these moments are pretty violent
so there is mature content involved and
of course we are covering the entire
series so far so spoiler alert
sure in a talkative mood today so what
if I am doesn’t mean I was talking to
you number 10
sealing the trost gate after discovering
eren’s Titan power the military sought
to use this power to help him seal the
breached
Trost gate with a giant boulder things
don’t go exactly as planned at first as
Aaron wasn’t able to control himself in
Titan form attacking his best friend
Mikasa he eventually succeeds in taking
control and with the help of his allies
seals the gate
this operation may have cost lives but
would be the first-ever major victory in
the human Titan war we’re in pain number
nine
Eren and Mikasa kill the kidnappers we
were just talking about you talking when
three slave traders kidnapped Mikasa and
murder her parents she learned that the
world is kill-or-be-killed
Aaron’s father discovers the bodies of
the two parents and after learning that
Mikasa is missing runs off to find help
wait for me at the foot of the mountain
understood say that back to me word for
word Aaron decides instead to take
matters into his own hands and sets out
to rescue her himself
tracking the men back to their hideout
Aaron kills two of them before the third
man gets the jump on him Mikasa is
forced to kill the man herself thus
forming a powerful bond with Aaron
number eight Aaron returns from the dead
Aaron is alive Aaron is a Titan when it
seems like Humanity was on the brink of
annihilation and Mikasa herself is about
to be in this mysterious being showed up
and saved the day
after the battle it is revealed that
Aaron was somehow that tightened himself
ripping other Titans apart with his
overpowering strength
how was it possible the answer to that
has yet to be revealed
number seven Armin speech to save his
friends say something
Armin is without a doubt the character
no one thought capable of leadership
having lived most of his life in the
shadows of Eren and Mikasa but this
moment changed everything
as Armin finally showed what he is
capable of right after aaron is revealed
to be a Titan his fellow officers want
to kill him on the spot Armin faces off
against an army of panicked soldiers and
argues that not only would a friendly
Titan be a strategic asset but that
killing Aaron would be a monstrous act
making humans no better than Titans
I’m dedicated my heart to the
restoration of your vanity sir nothing
can make me prouder that dying for such
a noble
number six
Annie lien hearts revelation a unique
intelligent female Titan variant has
laid waste to the Scout regiment Annie
was tasked by Armand to help him and
Mikasa
get Aaron to safety Annie we have a plan
for Aaron to escape and we’re hoping
that you’ll help us
however Armin suspected that Annie might
be a traitor and leads them into a
tunnel where she would be unable to use
her Titan form so if I had refused to
help you guys out then what was your
plan B for getting over the wall despite
Arman’s preparation annie is able to
transform into a Titan revealing herself
to be the enemy within
number five the first appearance of the
colossal and armored Titans
for over a hundred years the walls kept
Titans at bay and the last of the human
race was relatively safe
that all changed however when a Titan
taller than the walls appeared outside
the Shingen Shiina district and laid
waste to its gate
it was the first time humanity saw a
Titan of that size and was a horrific
awakening to the human race as a whole
shortly afterwards another unique
variant the armored Titan appeared
destroying the district’s inner gates
number four the end of Special
Operations squad in probably the most
shocking episode of the series the elite
soldiers of the Special Operations squad
went up against the female Titan
at first it seemed like the humans had
the upper hand seemingly blinding her
and incapacitating both of her arms but
before they could land the killing blow
the Titan opened an eye and turned the
tide killing many of the squad
this of course enraged Aaron to the
point of activating his own Titan form
leading to a unique variant showdown
number three Aaron versus Annie the
final battle
after annie is revealed to be the female
Titan the final showdown begins as Aaron
transforms himself to fight her for the
second time
Fighting’s our whole world but what
exactly are you fighting for
what could possibly the clash between
the two caused chaos and destruction as
Aaron struggled to take down any once
and for all
as she tries to escape by climbing the
wall he has a cuts off Titan nanny’s
fingers making her fall allowing Eren to
finish her off
it’s a nail-biting action sequence that
will never be forgotten
number two Erin’s mother’s death
during the very first episode of the
series the colossal Titan appears
destroying the wall and letting regular
Titans swarm in unfortunately Aaron’s
family home collapses during the breach
and his mother is trapped under some
debris Aaron refuses to leave her until
a soldier takes him and Mikasa away by
force
leaving Eren to watch helplessly in the
distance as a Titan eats her alive this
horrific moment sets the tone for the
rest of the series and fuels Aaron’s
indomitable hatred for the Titans
before we unveil our top pick here are a
few honorable mentions number one
Aaron’s sacrifice
fresh out of boot camp Aaron and one
hundred and fourth trainee squad are the
first wave of defense against a
surprised Titan attack
rushing headlong into battle Erin’s
eagerness and thirst for blood gets him
mortally wounded while the rest of his
squad is all but wiped out
while Armen immobilized by fear is about
to get eaten by a titan eren uses the
last of his strength to pull our man out
of the Titans jaws sacrificing himself
in the process
this moment is so shocking because there
is seemingly no way that Aaron could
have survived do you agree with our list
