and we live in the same area as kids but
we didn’t know each other because I
would have been a bit older
interestingly his old man doesn’t drink
beer even though its sons a master
brewer I bet that went down well doesn’t
it he doesn’t drink the profits so we
get a best bitter a golden nail American
pale ale we do a red ale a session IPA a
special IPA yeah we do a lager just
always got an idea what’s this one
that’s the red nail red eye oh what’s
the kind of heart and soul behind that
lot of malt character driven with hops
as well so it’s a lot of American hops
on that we get a lot from New Zealand
America Czechoslovakia of course British
hops as well get a lot of great shops
from British up so this one that is our
mega head what if a mega head it’s a
Hefeweizen it’s a double health advisory
service from 6% the 7%
it’s topped with mosaic it’s like a
German wheat there right cloudy cloudy
delicious what’s this one do that is a
raspberry raspberry all Scottish
raspberries Wow color and the fruit
thereof all these rivets were all of our
favorite proper cemetry and actually
using fruit and herbs in fears yet this
huge the original is now during the
hundreds and hundreds of years ago
absolutely it sounds to me like Hackney
breweries come I got this very classic
sort of young classic approach but also
there’s this other side there’s kind of
constantly trying new things I mean I
guess that’s the way you want to be
really there’s very traditional cask
ales that’s there’s a pro dice how we
started yeah it’s progressed into kegs
and now
looking at pushing the boundaries a
little bit I started with two boys in a
shed yeah it’s exciting isn’t it really
exciting and so put some comments on the
