Tips for Buying a Used Car

alright this is trey I’m here with Alex
from San constantia and we’re gonna ask
them you know some of the advantages and
things look out for when buying a
previously owned automobile how you
doing Alex about are you not bad thanks
alright so a lot of people when they go
shopping for a car they’re looking to
save a few dollars but still get
something of good quality what are some
of the advantages when you’re looking at
a previously owned automobile it’s good
to look for is that when people bring
back their leases you know you can often
get a good deal on that so cars that are
around four or five years old can get
some good cards the decent mileage for a
good price what are you some of the
things you think people should be out on
the look for when they’re looking at
previously owned cars obviously I get
some feedback on the previous owners if
you’re looking at an SUV if there’s a
hitch in the back maybe the the person I
had it before toad some stuff with it
might be some the engine forced a bit
see though the condition of the
windshield the windows there’s any rust
coming out in the rear quarters things
like that alright so when I go to a big
brand-name dealership like a Kia
dealership is there any extra advantages
then going to let’s say Bob’s used cars
obviously the service the technicians
are all trained by Kia so there are all
top-of-the-line technicians that we have
there the service is excellent you’re
dealing with professionals not some guy
on the corner you know what happens when
you guys buy these cars back from
individuals out what do you put them
through before you put them back out on
the lot right away when we’ll get them
they go through an inspection make sure
thing is you know a one then when we put
them on the lot if when somebody comes
to buy it we do another inspection if
there’s ever anything that needs to be
replaced it gets replaced if i’m working
on a limited budget say thirty thousand
dollars or twenty-five thousand dollars
do you think it’s better to buy a lower
end brand new automobile or a higher-end
previously owned one it depends what
you’re looking for if you want a good
car with the guarantee when you’re
buying it if you’re looking more towards
equipment and depend
person-to-person me personally I’d
rather go for car that’s 23 years old it
has good equipment than a new car that’s
you know like you said bottom line you
know that has no equipment on it
