the Harlem Globetrotters bring out the
kid in everyone hi I’m Veronica the
watchmojo.com and today we’re speaking
with a team that entertains and almost
always wins the game my name is Kenny
the blender Rodriguez I’m from Manhattan
New York Stormin Norman from the great
state of Illinois can you tell us a
little bit how this team came to be well
Harlem Globetrotters started in 1926 by
got him in a cave saddest thing the word
Harlem came from back then it was
synonymous for black entertainment and
the word glow child came they want to
make him think that we travel all around
the world but we only really just played
in Southside Chicago they went to about
1950 what we got out of country stuff
like that but the old glow chives paid
the way for us so we’re very
appreciative and grateful wear this red
white and blue and we’re actually the
winning sports team in sports history we
have over twenty two thousand eight
hundred wins and a grand total of three
hundred and forty five losses so it
doesn’t mean to be a Globetrotter
basketball players that can do entertain
at the same time the autograph session
is a favorite part for me because we get
to interact with people smile get
wristbands sign whatever they want it’s
just a fun experience for us and I speak
for the whole team and it’s fun just to
travel all around the globe and just
entertain millions and millions of
people all over the world and we don’t
even have to speak the language you know
we can make people laugh just off from
off our body language everybody has
their own unique thing that they do and
we work on it we take a ball with us all
the time and we carry on airplanes we
sleep with the basketball put in right
hours but everybody in changed everybody
has a lot of favorite things they do the
child I used to love watching a magic
circle which is basically you bring out
the best ball handlers and we perform at
the halftime right in the center court
and we perform for handling tricks is
one of my favorite time so now I’m glad
to be a part of that as well
I
