it’s just that the standard operating
procedures seem to be wasting a lot of
our time and it’s not just me that
thinks that there’s at least seven steps
that we can be cut out of that process I
know we’re supposed to keep things
consistent but it seems like we’re just
jumping through hoops and for what more
paperwork doesn’t make sense also
concerning the break room I read an
article in Forbes that said that
companies that lunch together are more
successful we have staggered break times
that’s another thing doesn’t make sense
we could be socializing and we could
also be team building together this is
an important part for this company
finally Forbes also stated that when
employers give complimentary healthy
snacks at the workplace companies are
way more efficient right well thanks
