out the mojo crew for spin out in the
dragon boat teach them some technique
teach them how to paddle well maybe do a
race afterwards all right pretty cool
that we’re all coming out for dragon
boat I see we all have our life jackets
and that’s their on okay I don’t know
some of you guys can swim next thing you
got to do is get our paddle okay they
range within five inches sore that’s one
I think it’s 44 inches 45 inches tall
it’s one of the 50 this one would be a
bit too small for me and wonder if I’m 2
inches born put your arms straight
greater you see you see that pretty good
usually what we do because this is a
long vote we keep the light weights in
the front the ones that can keep the
face or even though is that is it more
experience in the front we try to push
we call it the engine room okay like
there’s a muscle of the boat that’s in
the middle and then the ones with Lisa
kept experience the ones that are kind
of care of the water like Sean over
there in the back okay yeah i’m gonna
get my bottle and we’ll give them I’m
reaching out by rotating my back I’m not
going like that I’m just rotating my
back I’ll and I bring in my title and
then I on squid and take my paddle out
at the hip and at the bench now
everybody titles up cuddle up and go
everybody together the people in the
front are the paces there are the ones
that are the metronomes of the boat they
set the pace for the whole boat yo yo
and when I say goes when a paddle enter
the watts so go go
to the front two rows get ready in 3 2 1
jul that’s it just the front for try to
keep that baby speed you might have to
go harder because you catch that base
you probably end up to choke it
afterwards okay so you just want to get
a good rhythm afterwards and we want to
hold that little bit from the end of the
race and I don’t want to be beaten by 6
13 year old kids okay
