you’re one of the best players in the
league but to some extent you are one of
the biggest problems for the owners
because it was contracts like yours that
were great for you but they’re enormous
that brought up salaries did you feel a
little bit extra pressure not just
yourself but the players in your caliber
who were the players that I drove enough
salary so much or did you really do it
like solidarity that you know what in
the end the contracts you got helped
everybody it’s like in any business in
any sports or in any completely
different business for my heartless it’s
the part of a situation where the
terminal guys make more money among
other guys and I’m sure it’s part of a
competition and I personally and
everybody else get working hard for to
get this kind of contracts and it’s not
that you know in North America is nobody
pays just for because you like you so
much and you know it’s been that it’s
very hard job is very hard sport and
every opinion every dollar which you
athletes make I they put a lot of pride
behind that and sometimes it’s a
negotiation stuff it’s like more like
public wise oi another it’s a different
negotiation process but in the end the
contracts i think in any hockey player
wherever contracts they care they
deserve it because it’s not that it’s
not easy to do and if it would be so
easy everybody will do it it’s the
biggest dream and hopefully I can win
someday and we’re looking forward to do
that with the elders this year
again it’s the biggest dream but in the
same time you you just want to put like
your best offer you best shot and not
because it’s not like personal game it’s
a collective game where you’ll have to
play together to get a main goal with a
cop and when they came to the Islanders
a team was on the bottom you know in the
last three years we may deploy officer
we’ve been kind of hungry for next step
and so hopefully this year where we can
then we can do that
