the budgets change a little bit now

holidays can be quite overwhelming do
you have any tips so that it’s not as
stressful well first you’re absolutely
right I mean as soon as anybody thinks
party everyone gets all stressed out
like oh it’s too much work it’s etc and
that’s a pretty common occurrence what I
believe is that it’s very important to
do a few things number one keep it
simple people tend to overcomplicate
they’re entertaining people usually
leave too much of the last minute things
like setting the table you can do that
the day before if you’re not using your
dining room table making sure the house
is tidy and cleaned up and sutter you
don’t wanna be running around just
before your guests arrive dealing with
things you could have done earlier and
what too many people miss is that when
they are stressed out or when they spend
the whole time in the kitchen it’s not
enjoyable for your guests you know your
guests are how can I help what can I do
its editor it’s really more about
spending time with people today we have
guests who have gluten-free diets or
vegans how can you make sure that
everyone’s happy as a guest letting
people know about these kinds of things
is always appreciated but as a host it’s
also your responsibility to accommodate
them in any way and you have to expect
nowadays whether it’s not free gluten
free dairy free vegetarian pescetarian
we’ve heard them all and you know you do
have that you do your best and if
somebody hasn’t announced in advance

ideas one is game night around the
holidays I’m very big believer in sorry
family entertaining you know we’re so
busy between you know September and
December back to school back to work
everybody is kind of always in a big
rush so game night makes a little bit
more interesting because you can
actually incorporate a game into the
dinner which makes it a bit more it
extends the dinner hour but it also
involves the kids earlier in the process
so they can set the table with their
favorite game while mom and dad make
pizza and then they can decorate their
own cupcakes things like that another
thing about entertaining especially over
the holidays is you tend to have a lot
of overnight guests or people that are
in town and center I like to do brunches
brunch is always great because one you
get them over with earlier in the day
which leaves your afternoon and your
evening free and two it’s sort of a
different type of entertaining so you
can do you know muffins and pancakes and
you know the whole the whole brunch
spread one of the things that we’re
really trying to encourage people to
entertain and make it simpler it means
that you can do that by being a little
bit more innovative and how you
