welcome to watchmojo.com my name is
Elliot Cohen I’m a caterer and cooking
instructor and today I’m going to show
you how to cook the perfect potatoes on
the grill I’ve got some regular baking
potatoes a little olive oil some
seasoning I’ve precooked these in
boiling water to about halfway and now
we’re going to move to the grill and I’m
going to show you how to finish them off
we’re going to get these half cooked
potatoes onto the grill gonna toss them
in just a little little bit of olive oil
you can use salt and pepper but I have a
little seasoning mixture salt pepper a
little paprika for color a little bit of
onion powder garlic powder and I’m just
going to sprinkle a little bit on the
potato and the olive oil will help the
seasoning stick to the potatoes you can
use whatever seasoning you like you can
even do this with sweet potatoes which
is very nice so now I’m going to take
these potato slices so I’ve got my grill
on medium-high I’m just going to place
these nice slices down on the grill and
how I’m going to know when they’re ready
is I’m just going to take a knife and
I’m going to pierce through the middle
of the potato and when I pierced a knife
through and there’s no resistance the
potatoes are ready our potatoes been
grilling about three or four minutes on
medium high heat we’re going to take a
look and when you see that gold and
brown been a little bit of crispiness on
those potatoes we’re going to turn them
over you want them to look like that and
then we’re just going to let them sit in
there two or three minutes we’re going
to take them off the grill put them in
our preview to 200 degree of it they
look really really nice so look at how
beautiful these potatoes are nice and
golden a little bit crispy and put them
on a little tray here and I hope your
potatoes look just like this
