so next up in our exercises is the bicep
curl i’m using the limpia bar for this
modified version to do so and just
before doing the action here are some
general ques okay so first off Patrick

doing this exercise standing up I’m
going to ask you to please just bend

down okay so I want your elbows glue to

flexion now for those who do not have
hyper extensible joints keep your elbows
little been going down for those who are
your ok of it could go all the way down
good the breathing as you bring it down

and as we bring it up exhale where the
effort requires what not to do
