on one and three while giving the snare
drum out for a minute and two and three
and four and and 2 and four so we come
to see now is that we have the high hat
on all ones twos threes and fours as
well as the ends that go between them we
have the snare drum on two and four and
the bass drum on one and three don’t
forget you can always keep time on the
ride cymbal as well

back beat on the drums that was the
first drum beat I ever learned as a
