hi I’m PGA member Jay golden and welcome
to watchmojo.com today I’m going to talk
about using a driver from the greenside
rough now that’s a shot that most people
never thought of or considered I
personally learned it by hitting balls
on the driving range and getting the
next ball up to me on the tee from the
cement onto a mat just like this but
I’ve taken that same theory and used it
from the rough alongside of a green how
do you do it by starting with the club
at a minus 45 degree angle to a 3 feet
to the right of your right foot and
nitin with one hand believe it or not
pick it up and hit the ball above the
equator hit that ball it hits the ground
pops up and runs like a cartoon I call
it the cartoon shot you ever watch a
cartoon the legs of the cartoon
character goes good then it hits the
ground in June that’s just what this
ball does minus 45 degrees chop down
that thing’s got some role it’s almost
like a trick shot try it you’re going to
love it
