Golf Tips – How To Draw and Fade The Ball

hi I’m PGA member Jay golden and welcome
to watchmojo.com today I’m going to talk
about hitting draws and faiths for the
right hand golfer a draw is a small hook
that curves slightly right to left a
fade is a small slice that curves
slightly left to right how do you make a
ball curve slightly by putting a small
amount of spin on the ball so if you
want to hit a draw putting a small
amount of spin you want to start out at
a dress with a slightly closed clubface
aiming to the left and swing slightly
inside out which will put a small amount
of book spin on it to hit a fade you
want to start out with the clubface
slightly open or aiming to the right at
address and then swing a slight amount
outside in to put a small amount of
clockwise spin on the ball when you hit
the draw play the ball a little further
back in your stance which makes it
easier to swing a little inside out for
the fade you’re playing it more towards
your left foot which makes it a little
easier to swing outside in in summary to
fade the ball plate a little more toward
your left foot start with a slightly
open clubface and swing a little outside
in to hit a draw play it a little
further back in your stance towards your
right foot a slightly closed Club face
and swing a little inside out and you
will master the drawers and phase
