what is a an acrobatic action shooter
sort of thing which is something that
hasn’t really been seen in games before
and another part of it is that sort of
the grindhouse feel sort of a grungy 70s
tarantino s kind of thing that’s a
really eclectic over-the-top characters
and your crazy story line and that sort
of thing so it’s interesting that you
mentioned tarantino because i’ve read in
some reviews that it’s kind of a cross
between kill bill Tomb Raider prince of
persia that being said can you name some
of like the main inspirations for the
Damned because it’s very over-the-top
acrobatic it’s it’s a little it’s a
little less tomb raider it’s a little
more you know high body count lots of
enemies you know always flipping all
over the place you can shoot from any
position you know nice sliding running
on the wall pull flipping leaping off
the ceiling from any any position you
can you can target to enemies with both
your guns and shoot them what makes it
interesting is one arm automatically
targets the closest enemy or them or the
biggest threat and the other arm you can
free shoes so when you pick up the game
it’s really easy for you to play because
you’re automatically targeting enemy
with one hand but as you develop the
game over time with the other hand you
can start going for headshots and leg
shots in slow motion you can see that
everything is d saturated and just the
enemies and Ruby and the things you can
shoot like barrels you can blow up or
things that you can shoot to break those
are all highlighted so when you go into
slow-mo it’s sort of a way to let you
know what you should be shooting in that
sort of thing the style is a really
important part of the game not just for
the visuals but also for the gameplay
