her passion for snow surf and skate as
well as her views on women in the action
sport industry
I like to know how did you get
interested in snowboarding and snow
warning oh wow um I grew up surfing
skateboarding played organized sports I
don’t like it naturally to want to learn
how to snowboard when I was into the
other board sports so well what do you
like the most like out of the three they
all bring different joys into my life
servings really therapeutic it’s really
beautiful be not their nature and ocean
you’re more click to that snowboarding I
love my jam into my music feet in my own
world had the most skills and now so i
get to be more creative important
actually many are up in my backyard so I
just kind of rekindled my love of
skateboarding this summer it just
reminds me being a ten-year-old again
you know out there just like getting all
driving and just like I can’t explain it
well speaking of injuries you got
injured this override this competition I
was just wondering like what keeps you
going after you’ve been injured well I
actually injured myself right before I
came out here this kind of depends on
the injury you know it’s you can do a
mind-over-matter to an extent I’ve
broken like 13 bones I’ve been my worst
injury and stubborn was at X Games 2
years ago how do I was like a cam like
I’d like to do something when my body
feels good but something changed one day
when I realized how grateful I was to
have a straw for living that I was going
to do anything to come back and be able
to get another chance to run well there
aren’t that many women in this industry
so how does it feel for you to be a
female in snow morning I love it I think
there’s more women
and snowboarders in any of the action
sports the women in this report i admire
time I think they’re pushing the sport I
think the gap is closing I don’t think
it’ll ever close but I think the guys
watch and respect us which is really
quite a blessing thank you so much
