so you’re Supercross rider can you tell
us what that means Supercross racing is
pretty much motocross racing but indoors
so it’s a little bit different than they
do in the outside it’s a lot more
tighter a lot more jumps and how do you
prepare for these races we all have
pretty much practice track so we go to I
have a track at home that we have set up
sorta like this you mentioned that
there’s jumps and there’s a timeless
that how you’re judged not with us no
ours is pure racing so we all start on
the gate together the gate drops and
fastest guy wins I see that you’re all
decked out can you tell us a little bit
about what you’re wearing and why yep
start down here in the bottom we got
boots pretty much to protect your feet
and your shins I mean they’re a lot
stronger than like a normal shoe just
because we’re landing from really high
up and there we got the pants which are
a little bit more high-tech than a
regular the writing is pretty tough so
they need something that’s pretty strong
and durable up to the jerseys kinda like
a long sleeve shirt different material
though just to help me prevent with
roost and and then the gloves keep your
hands nice and then of course we got
helmets and goggles and all the rest of
stuff up top how did you yourself get
involved in the sport my dad he was a
pro so when I was growing up I just this
is what I was around and I always wanted
to do it so he got me started in a
little peewee and then as I got older I
went up with the ranks and now I’m
Racing pro two you mentioned that you
started when you’re little so have you
seen the bikes evolve over time yeah a
lot because I remember when I was a
little kid on a 50 that the big bikes
were I thought really cool the time and
if you look at them now compared to what
they were back then it’s so much of a
change every year something new comes on
the bikes and gets better and better and
just gives us the opportunity to go much
faster suspensions better motors are
better they really have evolved it’s
pretty amazing how every year they find
something new to make the bike so much
better
