A New Kind of Workout with X-FIT

hi I’m Rebecca Brayton and welcome to
watchmojo.com and today we’re learning
about a new way to get fit so we’re here
to learn about the dynamic xfit style of
training what are people getting
themselves into when someone comes
actually they’re going to find a very
unique style of workout and fitness
training our concept is lots of open
space we call it dynamic because the
person will be doing things in movement
and end as well in an athletic style
it’s getting rid of the typical gym
where you’re on the same machine for
three sets and then the next machine for
three sets well here you’re gonna be
moving around in a much more dynamic
different way you advertise this as you
know people will come in and have their
most invigorating workout do you have to
already be in shape to kind of get to
make it through the person really they
what they need the most would be ready
to have a good time exercising and
putting a good effort in that doesn’t
matter what fitness level you’re at and
us with our experience with our high
caliber fitness environment we can
devise and create a routine that’s going
to be just perfect for them you plan the
circuit specifically for people it’s not
just a generalized circuit we tend to be
extremely creative in ours in our
circuits and in our program design
nothing necessarily brand new it’s just
I guess you could say how we put
everything together we’ve been personal
trainers for a long time and so our list
of exercises as endless we know what
level to choose this exercise for you
that you’re gonna like and if it’s too
hard we have an alternative that’s a
little bit easier or an alternative
that’s a little bit harder why is this
set up better than the traditional you
know three reps here what you do get
when you break that mold and you go away
from it it becomes very very challenging
so that’s good for training if your
fitness because the body is always
getting something different it’s good
for the psyche for the motivation
component a fun aspect is important to I
think that’s the main part that keeps
you coming back and keeps keeps you
exercising are you going to achieve the
same kind of benefits from this workout
as a you know your traditional gym
market the results come from how hard or
how dedicated someone is to their
workout we’ve seen a lot of weight loss
come out of this these trainings as well
as weight gain so some people are
putting on muscle mass as well there a
certain kind of
ality type that is drawn to this more
than others or not necessarily someone
is just really good putting the effort
and and ready to have some fun and
open-minded to try some new things it
may not be that you’ve got to be fit or
not fade or what not just someone who’s
ready to come here and and and do do
some purposeful exercising you just
explained what when I will be doing step
one is the dynamic preparation sequence
so we don’t just kind of throw you right
into it you’re gonna go through a
warm-up dynamic flexibility something to
get you you brought your body your joint
your muscles prepared for what’s to come
then we’ll have the main body the main
content of the of the workout will set
up little circuits for you that you can
try a few different exercises few
different moves that we like to do here
that’s how we do it here we weren’t
really trying to pull out all the stops
necessarily that’s our style
