you know when i go at my suppliers and i
look at the colors of the new pieces
lifted these pieces on you for me so
that’s okay i want to work with that and
then I chose you know i play with the
beads with the different color so i’ll
put like I’ll take different bees and I
put in a box and I decide which color
get goes with that so it’s really not on
the paper that it took my collection
it’s really like how to play with the
colors play with the bees look at them
try it out then we just place the bees
and okay this is my site that no we’re
going to remove the red one and put the
blue one instead so and we make it
together you know i’ll ask a girl what
do you think about this one that’s why
you know I think of you know what I want
to wear but what my customer wants to
wear else well what is that is doing is
you know I place I make her order sheet
with different specification you know
the colors colors the wire the length of
the wire as well she used the patterns
and then she makes let’s say she’s
making an order for a customer so like
she sorted all the colors of the bees
that we use for this season and they cut
the wire and put it together put the 10x
then it goes in a store and then you
actually pull out all the materials that
you want to use and then you just you
know go ahead and disregard the ones
that you think do not fit for that
particular piece at that moment yeah
exactly I’m more someone I want to touch
into to feel the materials how long does
it take to create this bracelet I’d say
for this one it could be 15 minutes 20
minutes it depends because we mostly
make a lot of the same time so it’s the
whole process it could take me be like
few hours to make the 20 bracelet
because we never do one by one i’d say
like you know one bracelet and then
switch another one mostly orders will be
like more earrings on our bracelet for
this customers and we make as a team
also so you know they help each other
you know when we’ll remove take out the
bees of the bags and then another one
will make the wire and yeah it’s working
as a team
