My type of leadership | Raniah Oyatta | TEDxRidgeways

hello everyone my name is Rania
I plan to be President one day and today
I’m going to talk to you about
leadership I am a leader in my school
because I am a hard worker and I am
ambitious I’m going to give you two
examples of how I practice leadership
with my friends in school I have a
friend who struggles in maths and when I
saw this I decided to give her dummy
tests and she would hand me in her
answers and I would give them back to
her and we would go through with her
slowly the once she got wrong thought
she can understand I have another friend
who’s afraid of diving because she
thinks she might get hurt when I saw
this we decided I decided to practice
with her so after our swimming lesson we
would go to the diving board and I would
practice with her diving this has made
her diving skills more better than
before so the message that I would like
to share with you is that a good leader
is a helper and does not need to be paid
to help other people in other words a
good leader is born to be a helper thank
you
