but they do not have it, they do not know how to really complete
the process of dedicating oneself and having the discipline to do it

everyone wants it yesterday
What happens is a lot of people set goals
and they have this goal, and they look at this huge staircase
I just think impossible is no way it looks too hard
It looks too much work and they never start
They set a goal, yes, I want to be at the top of the stairs
It’s easy to write it down
but when they go to actually start climbing, they just go
but if all you did was
look at the first step and get on the first step
and then when you are at this step
just look at the next step, that’s it, do not look up
just look at the next step
You got to understand it’s not going to be easy
People think it is
that there are no challenges
Again people want it yesterday
Most people want the convenience of transformation
without the hassle
What we do, we are kind of a check because
It feels overwhelming or we check
because we are afraid or we check out because
We start listening to self-doubt and we must do that
These teeny tiny decisions
all they want we are not aware of it
decision not to come up on time
a decision not to eat it right
a decision to snatch your children
a decision not to speak in a meeting
a decision not to seek a job
just what it is
all day long these tiny decisions
will take you so far from the track
and so you wake up and you look at your life
and you think the hell I get here
