Our minds caused us to bother.
And one of the best ways of human beings these days to deal with (with our mind) .. is meditation.
Sessions to calm thoughts, and brain drain.
And focus on only a few external things
Such as the foliage of foliage, or the purifying of water.
But in the School of Life we want to put an alternative to it,
Or rather .. a complementary idea.
We have devised a technique, not based on Eastern thought,
But on the ideas that come from Western philosophical heritage.
We call it “philosophical meditation”.
The basic premise is that many problems are in our minds
Come from ideas that have not broken down, examined, and confronted decently.
Because life moves so fast, we see a lot of thoughtless thoughts
On a daily basis.
Insomnia For example,
It is a total revenge of ideas that we did not think about during the day.
Induced blurry thoughts generate static electricity from anxiety,
Or provoke clouds of vagueness.
If we have been disconnected from our ideas for a long time,
He was in a state of acute or sudden anger.
This is what philosophical meditation is designed to help us get rid of.
It is a tool to purify our minds systematically,
And understanding feelings and ideas that have already been denied.
The first priority is to allocate some time.
Typically .. about twenty minutes at least once every few days.
You probably sit on the bed, early in the morning,
Or at the end of the evening with a set of paper.
Your survey of yourself is based on three big questions:
First: “What do I worry about right now?”
Secondly: “What do I resent?
Thirdly: “What is it that I am currently looking for?”
In the beginning, when asked to answer such questions;
The mind tends to be speechless and somewhat afraid.
Generally, something may come to mind, but you are often not yet able to identify it
It may be – just now – a word, mental image, place, or someone’s name.
That does not matter.
Pick up ideas when they appear without exaggeration to think, write them all
No matter how minor they seem, do not worry too much about its ultimate meaning.
Philosophical contemplation can be compared to the removal of a huge and overflowing closet.
You have to take everything and pile it up on the bed initially
Before starting to arrange.
So – to start – starting with “What are you worried about right now?”
You may have accumulated a list of concerns you have never encountered,
But you have glimpsed it throughout the day.
May be trivial for anyone else,
Maybe for you too, but it went on.
With all the ideas drawn through a sieve from a set of questions ..
Ask: “What caused this concern?”
Told the tale of the next phase of anxiety or challenge in almost boring detail.
Then you encounter with everything that might cause a problem
With the situation or idea of concern.
Now, find out how you can stay fine even if the worst happens.
Do not encourage yourself with false optimism.
Treat yourself with the darkest possibilities.
I realize that almost everything can be avoided in the end.
Then it is time to move on to the second part of philosophical meditation:
That’s where you ask the following big question:
“Who am I upset and why?”
The theory here is that we often do not allow ourselves
By analyzing the harms we are being subjected to by others,
Because we are sensitive to criticism, and pretend to vice versa.
Therefore, we pay dearly for the price of this false pretense.
The insults that are difficult to digest generate bitterness, confusion,
And reckless aggressiveness.
We may become lukewarm with our partners, whom we are angry with without knowing.
Therefore, the wardrobe of the mind has been emptied of all its multiple afflictions.
Take all that you have written, and pass it through the following set of questions:
Prepare yourself for the story of all the unfortunate incidents that have confronted you,
As much detail as if you were telling a friend very friendly and interested ..
And patient.
Then ask:
“How can a nice person get up to do what that person did to you?”
If they are not actually deceived,
What other possible explanations for the harms they caused?
Finally, if this happens to a friend, how would you recommend him?
Then it is time to empty the closet of all thoughts
Which relate to ambition, excitement.
This needs a range of positive emotions,
Chills attention, fleeting enthusiasm to lights and so on
Which hover around the edges of consciousness.
Ask: “What has recently made you feel excited, envious or willing?”
Then there is another set of questions to screen out these feelings.
Describe your enthusiasm as you describe it to a sympathetic friend … and interested.
You need to change your life in certain ways,
So what happens if you change your life in light of this?
This exciting thing bears witness to what you lack in your life, what might be incomplete?
If this thing can be spoken, what would you say?
If this thing can try to change your life, what changes might be recommended?
If other parts of your life were like him, what would you look like?
By answering all these questions, vital work begins
To dismantle the confused ideas that usually weigh our minds.
The longer the periods without performing these mental audits,
The intensity of what we will grow through.
Philosophical meditation does not solve problems magically,
But it helps us tremendously by creating an opportunity
We can identify our thoughts, and arrange them in a kind of order.
When fears, contradictions, and hopes become easy to set
We become less afraid of the contents of our minds
We grow quieter, less bitter, and more pronounced about our direction of life.
We start with a journey to know ourselves properly.
