How to deal with Insomnia


Late at night, you can’t sleep
Tossing and turning
Maybe changing your posture can calm the mind down.
Or it would be better to turn over again.
Insomnia is really like a disaster
But even if the dose is small, insomnia does not require medication.
Its existence is due to it – it is healing us
We may wish to learn to let it go.
Find opportunities and let those important things come to our minds
Insomnia may be just a revenge for us who have been ignored or not treated well during the day.
And these ideas are closely related to our self-understanding and growth.
During the day, we fly the shit, we are exhausted
And late at night, we can return to a more important responsibility: ourselves
Maybe we think at the moment what many people think is grotesque: lover, mother
Friends, bosses, children, these people need us to exist for them in the way they need.
We don’t want to let them down, but their expectations often make
The way we want to be, we will die halfway
However, at this moment, only ourselves and the world
We can temporarily take care of it for a little while
With a pad, a pen, and a small bedside lamp, we can bravely explore
Those we always intentionally or unintentionally ignore, and behind it are clearly full of anxiety
We slowly began to sort out the feelings and ideas that have been knotted for a long time.
Must make changes in the future
Some exciting plans have to be put on the agenda
Maybe we will still be jealous, come back again; maybe, at this moment
It’s time to think about the long-awaited idea.
The night protects us from doubts from sensitive outsiders
It leaves us to live with ourselves
We hope to finally come up with a workable and reliable idea.
But still have to start with ideas and plans, even if they don’t seem to be a name, strange, or even ridiculous.
Night is a friend in our long history of growth, and every ambitious ideal will need it:
It gives us a shelter and makes us a more complete self.
We should not be so eager to get rid of it
