Suspect Identified | The Legend of Mick Dodge

with a thief on the loose
Nick immediately scours the forest for
any kind of evidence I’m gonna scout
around for a while see if I cook up some
kind of sign it’s not good ever since
you guys come with him cameras there’s a
lot of other people that come looking
for my stashes yeah okay how far you try
to walk away people come steal your
stuff yeah
pisses me off ever since Nick dogs left
the mountain world behind he stashed his
belongings all over the forest I started
seeing the earth as my house and home
learning to put those stashes hide them
there’s a real art despite his best
efforts to hide them stashes sometimes
go missing stolen by outsiders robbing
nick of the gear he needs to survive
there’s more people going in and looking
for those stashes now and taking my
stuff
after an hour’s searching for evidence
Mick finally discovers a clue on the
forest floor all right look right there
that’s a boot somebody walk through here
this individual truck here head this way
hard on the trail
Mick follows the tracks and they lead to
a familiar spot there’s an old cabin
over there it’s not used all that much
belongs to a friend of mine well check
see if he’s here maybe he’s seen
something there his there it is oh hello
hello who’s out there

without hard evidence so he quickly
retreats weren’t asking about your
satchel you are uh tipping right he
