Rainstorm | The Pioneers

do you hear that rumbling yeah starting
to hear thunder out there we got to keep
working well guys and one of the reasons
why we got to get out of these elements
we got to build this house you know this
is God’s Way of saying wake up people
pay attention you need to work faster
we’re gonna get nailed yeah I think
you’re right did you see that yep
there’s some large clouds moving in and
we’re not really sure what to do what
could we maybe put up like some tarps to
collect some rainwater we don’t have a
lot of time to do this so if we’re gonna
do it we need to do it fast okay let’s
grab the buckets as the women prepared
to collect the rainfall the men stay
focused on the task at hand hey guys
this storms getting pretty close we’re
trying to get as much as we can get done
here as quick as we can get it done the
storms moving in whoa how’d you see that
yeah that was some nasty lightning there
okay what else we need to cover up the
trailer like their ancestors before them
the Pioneers must rely solely on what
they’ve brought with them so protecting
what they have is crucial for survival
the Lighting’s getting bad it’s getting
seriously dangerous here now we need to
get out of here
finally giving in to the inevitable
storm the men now have only minutes to
pack up their precious tools and
supplies and take shelter in the wagon
what can I carry get all the tools we
got to get them out of here
come on let’s go okay the skies begin to
open up jumping thousands of gallons of
rain onto the Prairie under the wagon
