if a prisoner has to be disciplined too
many times he or she will be sent to one
of the prisons reserved for the worst of
the worst when you first come and are
assigned to the Himax unit you are in a
Cell 23 hours a day and if your behavior
dictates then we’re going to even keep
you in the cell 24 hours a day this is
the end of the road in Georgia prisons
this is the end of the road if you
choose for it to be

then I’ve seen it done you know why are

killed in these other places through

I can tell you when in Macon and disrupt
an entire house and unit three inmates
can disrupt an entire prison operation
now you take those in our system that
were the worst the most difficult to
manage the most violent towards others
we bunch them all together for lack of a
better word and and attempted to manage
them and under one roof
