well Tony and I have been on a lot of
adventures and some of us been intense
but I think maybe the most intense thing
we’ve seen is when we were in El Paso to
have a new initiative called the cadaver
initiative someone dies of drug violence
in Juarez and is going to be buried or
cremated the United States they cross
the port of entry and there’s a whole
new procedure there so what happened
yeah it’s very interesting thing we we
see a lot of things that you’d never
expect
and to see a cadaver being brought into
the US was pretty shocking but just like
anything that crosses into the country
it needs to be checked we’ll take the
body which we call area 51 from there
the sheriff’s and the eyes and stake
holders ready divers have been stuffed
with narcotics before some of those
people who have been killed or involved
with cartels often they were tortured
and in one case that we saw the
immigration had to try to identify the
body we positively ID them in order to
see if they do have border crossing
cards if they are legal residents and so
forth so we can cancel those cards it
may be that they have an open case on
them an investigation after check and
see was full with drugs because they
have to make sure it wasn’t the person
who’s killed wasn’t involved in any
ongoing cases here in the US and they
also have to make sure they cancel out
their IDs they’re caught in their cousin
card and the crossing parts but what
made this particularly intense was this
was maybe the most tortured body that
this task force had ever seen as a
matter of fact they went to fingerprint
this body and they could barely make a
finger to print could see damage to the
hair
and to cheat the left side so good shot
one look at his fingers broken this guy
went through a lot of pain I can tell
you right now we see a lot of torture
they could be trying to get information
out of them
another is they probably build across a
drug trafficking organization head was
caved in he been burned stabbed sawed me
wooden and shocked yeah they have they
have homicide investigators and you know
help kind of determine you know cause of
death and they could tell that his
fingers had been severed limbs they had
attempted to sever with dull knives they
could paint a very gruesome picture of
this person’s last minutes and
unfortunately this is something that
goes on every day in Cuates to the
number of almost 10 persons a day
