again the sun is shining in front of me

yin-yang men are the protectors women
are the nurtures women are soft
men are hard in my mind all of this is
just a limited view of how we see males
and females all of this is just
separation all of this is really old
ideas and this is the battle of the
sexes because I feel so many of us when
we talk of sexology especially masculine
and feminine principles I feel a lot of
us we have to change the way we see
these principles and realize in essence
we exist within each other and for me
this is the biggest thing I’ve had to
learn on my journey to realize that you
can’t stereotype what a woman is you
can’t stereotype what a man is because
essentially everyone is different and we
do it all the time a lot of men are
looking for this perfect princess in
this woman and really and truly you may
not find it like that just the same a
lot of women have this idea of this
print in their head from childhood these
stories and at the same time it may not
exactly come like that you might see it
but at the same time it’s never exactly
what you imagined it to be it’s not
quite like that
and essentially that’s how I feel when
we talk of the battle of the sexes for
me it’s about realizing that people are
unique people are essentially what they
are and if we can talk about improving
relationships between males and females
for me the biggest thing I’ve seen is
communication only when you can actually
communicate someone on a deeper level
then you realize okay
I don’t have to battle against you it’s
never okay I’m better than you it’s not
okay women are better than men men are
better than women no everything is 5050
is very reciprocal and for me that’s
part of also the organic connection but
whenever we are saying okay this is the
woman’s role this is the man’s room a
lot of the times it creates a war it
creates a battlefield it creates a war
zone and for me it’s just really been
helpful just to see other free spirits
out there who are redefining this whole
view of sexuality because sexual energy
is creative energy in fact it’s
permeating the whole cosmos this
interplay this exchange between
masculine and feminine energies it’s all
throughout the universe but essentially
a lot of the times we have a very
limited view of what this male energy is
and what this female energy is because
essentially as a man you also have the
feminine energy within you we were in a
womb for nine months so how could we not
at the same time women also have this
masculine energy within them so a lot of
the times I see it people especially a
lot of men they find their greater power
when they connect to their feminine
energy and this has also been seen even
when you have these singers these R&B
singers these soul singers these folk
singers all of these singers these love
singers singing these romantic songs how
come they attract all of this attention
from women because they are tapping into
their feminine energy so in essence they
are becoming whole
and just the same a lot of men actually
find women who can really be their
authentic selves who can tap into their
warrior spirit that’s very attractive if
you have your beauty but at the same
time if you can actually stand for
something if you have a voice if you are
not just a pretty face but that’s also
attractive so it just shows how when we
connect with both poles of ourselves
then essentially we become whole and for
me I’ve never seen women as something
separate to myself in essence we’re just
complementary sexes we’re not opposites
and for me the more and more I see in
