you ever sometimes wake up feeling lazy
tired drained no energy don’t worry I
too used to wake up like that until I
realize that oh I get it now
you see whatever you do first thing in
the day sets the tone for the rest of
the day so as soon as I wake up I love
to come out into nature like here I go
to the beach I do some exercise I get
the body moving now my day is marvelous
however are you stuck on the computer as
soon as you wake up now you’re stuck so
what I love to say is this in that same
time you could have created something in
that same time you could have been more
productive a lot of people say oh I
don’t have time Ralph but you do because
what are you doing right now the
question is is it serving you the
question is is it helping you become
your greatest version so what I love to
do is to remind myself I always have
time for anything that helps me become
my greatest version if you don’t have
time to eat well you are gonna have time
to eat badly if you don’t have time to
work on your dream you are gonna have
time to be in a nine-to-five you
absolutely hate look in that same time
you are worrying full of anxiety you can
use all of that energy to start
believing and that’s how you become your
greatest version every single day I wake
up with a bunch of grits in my mouth
life is good in that same time always
remind yourself that in that same time I
can become anything I choose to be once
you realize that deep divers well you’ll
just say
