hello there I love social media but I
feel that a lot of us use social media
like we’re on the toilet we closed the
door and nobody knows what the hell
we’re doing so what’s helped me on my
journey is to leave the door open like I
want you to see when I’m in the toilet
what exactly I’m doing don’t think about
it right now when I first started to
share on social media
I was scared so I tried to make the best
out of it right I tried to dress the
best and not mess up my words and it was
really like cut an eddying and yet
really hard work and then I said one day
screw it I’m gonna grow my hair and I
left it there for a couple of years and
it was fantastic let’s start with the
first thing 5,000 friends really that’s
how many friends I’ve supposedly got on
social media but in real life when I’m
in trouble
and I pick up my phone to call people
the only person that picks up well not
person is to cut down the road right I
probably have about five friends good
friends and I’m proud of that 5,000 I
don’t know where that came from right a
lot of us think more is better but I’ve
seen that less is more because truth be
told would you really want 5,000 friends
be honest with yourself that means you
got to write out 5,000 invitations that
means you got to remember five thousand
birthdays that means you got to by five
thousand prayers
who wants that right I’m like a guy next
door who only has one friend that’s one
present makes sense
if people were honest on social media
admit it it took you four hours to take
that picture don’t worry about it right
now I’m a graphic designer as well I
love the art of color and sometimes even
retouching and grading its art but when
you post the selfie please put how long
it took you to to take the photo don’t
trick us don’t lie to me man don’t tell
me you just woke up like that if you did
well at least tell me the secret can I
get it hello yeah yes sometimes I do put
lip balm on my lips before a video
because it’s very windy and my lips get
chapped now that’s out of the way right
I’m honest with you sometimes I want you
to see my turquoise right get it in the
frame that way I’m gonna seem like more
presentable
you’re gonna have a better opinion of me
I want that if people were honest on
social media you would admit that you’re
stalking someone right now don’t lie to
me man even if you’re in a relationship
you probably got someone right now on
your phone that you’re secretly DMing
don’t let your partner find out though
right social media has created a lot of
problems in relationships right and what
I love about social media though is that
it’s easy to catch someone who’s playing
around right because they can just check
your Instagram do you know how many
people who have been caught red-handed
and then your partner says gosh why did
you like that picture and you’re like
hey they just saved my life that’s the
least I could do right
but yeah a lot of us we’re stalking
other people on social media I even
stalk certain people some of my favorite
youtubers I’m like gosh have they posted
a video and when they don’t then I check
again that’s what happens on social
media if people were honest on social
media you would admit it that you look
at some really really absurd stuff weird
stuff
crazy stuff I hope nobody finds out can
I get a hello there close the door next
time right and they won’t now when I go
online I have to admit in the past I’ve
got on all kinds of websites
why because curiosity is within me I’m
curious by Nature right I want to know
what’s going on and sometimes I end up
at a really random site and I’m like
what what am I doing here how did I get
here
and then I’m there for a few hours right
sometimes you might be watching
something and you don’t even know why
you’re watching it you’re just watching
it and afterwards you’re like where did
all my time go don’t worry about it
right a lot of us watch pornos we don’t
admit it a lot of us we watch fights and
and people fighting against each other
look I watch a lot of battle rap I’m a
big fan of battle rap I used to be a
battle rapper
don’t make me battle rap you right not
battle slack you know battle rap you
wanna battle me in a battle rap I’ll
forget about it right so that’s the
other side I feel social media we all
have different sides of us coming out a
lot of people love cat videos some
people love videos on makeup and
if people okay here it is if people were
honest on social media you would admit
it you’ve met some bloody awesome people
certain people you’ve met online
a far more interesting than people you
meet in real life that is the story of
my life I’ve connected with super
awesome people that’s why I can’t knock
social media because if it wasn’t for
social media I would have no friends
that’s the truth because a lot of people
in the real world living crazy right so
no not everyone don’t worry about it
still some good people out there but
social media is like connecting
different people from different
countries people are making babies going
travelling it’s exciting times but also
if people are honest on social media you
would realize that without social media
a lot of people wouldn’t have awakened
as fast as they did right because I
remember back in 2012 I was watching
documentaries and that’s how I even
started to dive even deeper so there are
there are a lot of great positives about
social media but once again social media
don’t make a toilet right because nobody
knows what you’re doing in there
so sometimes you might want to leave the
door open and that way you can sort of
blur the line between social media in
real life that’s what I’m doing more and
